At CLAN we don't just travel, we work and explore together. We are also guardians of six principles that shape our experience and make it special.
We share them in each edition, as an invitation to live the work week and enjoy it to the fullest. These are values that we share and that allow us to build, together, something greater.
1. Your Time, Your Rhythm
Each one sets his own pace. We know that people have their own times and needs. Therefore, there are no fixed schedules or requirements. If you want to join an activity, welcome. If you prefer to take some time alone, go ahead. Rest, move, work when it's flowing, explore your way. The key is the freedom to choose how to live the experience. Your time is your own and you can do with it what you want and need.
2. The magic is in the spontaneous
Having a plan is important, but we know that the best always comes without forcing it. That's why, even though we propose ideas and activities, we leave room for spontaneity. The most authentic connections, the most inspiring talks and the most memorable moments are not on the agenda: they appear when we give them space.
3. Creativity comes from diversity
We don't need to think the same way or agree on everything, quite the contrary! We believe that the best ideas are born from debates, differences and openness to new perspectives. More than uniformity, we value exchange, because that's where creativity expands and experience is enriched. It's more important to be together than to agree.
4. What we live depends on what we believe together
CLAN isn't just the place or the dynamic we propose: it's what each one brings. We have already proven it: if we bring our best version, the experience is unforgettable. For that, we invite you to proactively share to build something together.
5. Life is a game
If there is one thing that motivates us, it is curiosity. We like to try, cheer ourselves up and do things for the first time. Play is part of our essence: the game keeps us awake, distracts us and challenges us. At CLAN, everything is an invitation to explore with an open mind and without fear of error.
6. Nature takes care of us, and we take care of it too
Natural environments are our glorious setting, and we are committed to always respecting them. That's why we don't leave a mark, we don't make fires where we shouldn't, we don't leave waste and we participate in natural spaces with responsibility.
These principles are the basis and the credo of each edition of CLAN. We take them as a common thread, which can continue to be nourished and expanded, as we continue to learn from one experience to the next.
