How does it work?

First,

we get to know each other

A conversation to deeply understand your team and its needs. Everything starts by listening.

Later,

we co-create

We design a custom proposal, shaping every detail together — from activities and timing to spaces and meaningful moments.

Finally,

we experience it

An inspiring setting, intentional work, and moments that strengthen your team on a human level.

Ready to plan a workation?

Let's talk about your team and design a tailor-made experience.

Why do you sometimes have to meet again?

After leading a remote team for years, I understood that Seeing each other every once in a while changes everything. It helps to organize ideas, recover important conversations, reconnect with the group and get out of the routine with a fresh perspective. It's not just about planning, but about getting back to feeling what's being built.

Do you have any Questions?

Is it only for remote businesses?

Yes. We work exclusively with teams that operate remotely or hybridly, with a remote-first culture. We also create experiences for remote communities that share interests, projects or values. That's our world, and that's where we know we can provide the most value.

How many can participate?

We specialize in small and medium-sized teams of up to 50 people. We believe that this range is where true connection, focus and transformation can be generated.

Where are they made?

Wherever you want, as long as it's a destination with rock and water. At CLAN we are convinced that places with stone and water activate something special in the brain: they inspire, calm it and restore creativity. We are looking for locations that meet that criteria and that are also accessible depending on where each member of your team lives.

What does it include?

Everything you need. We design tailor-made experiences that can include accommodation, transfers, meals, activities, work sessions, workshops and everything necessary to make the meeting fluid, inspiring and transformative. We take care of every detail, so you and your team just have to come and enjoy.

How long does a job last?

We design them according to the needs of your team. They can range from 3-day getaways to week-long meetings. The important thing is not the duration, but the purpose: to understand what they need today as a team and to create the ideal space for that to happen.

Can you help us with the facilitation of the sessions?

Yes. We can facilitate the sessions or help you design them if you already have someone from the team who will lead them. From spaces for strategy or planning, to more introspective moments or moments of human reconnection. We also work with allied facilitators depending on the topic they want to address.
